Intercellular Substance Ab 細胞間質抗體

可輔助診斷天皰瘡。
抗細胞間質抗體(Anti-Intercellular substance antibody, IC)屬於抗皮膚性抗體，表現在上皮細胞的細胞間質，用於幫助天皰瘡(pemphigus)的診斷。抗體出現在＞90%活化型血清，anti-intercellular substrance antibody之效價與疾病活動性相關。
